DIY Screens Direct

Ordered retractable screens from this company on Sept 23, 2019. Because of continued delays, they were not delivered until Dec. 31, 2019. They were delivered scratched, broken, and with poor instructions. Tension was set too high on the screens and they never worked. We reached out on several occasions to both the manufacturer (***) and Vampco for assistance, repair, or replacement and although they were not rude, their only advice was to "read" the instructions - which did not address the issue of not being able to lower the screens. Their own "authorized" installers would not even come out. Customer service is non existent. This company sells faulty, damaged equipment and then refuses to support their product. Disgraceful.
