I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any notice from the credit card dispute of any creditBBQ guys is a terrible company to deal withThey never sent me what I orderedThey wasted my timeThey responded in a timely manner because I initiated the complaint in a timely manner [redacted] yells and cursed at me on the phoneI believe many of the customer ratings are fake and falsified If you look up complaints about BBQ guys on the internet you see a pattern of broken or damaged merchandise sold by [redacted] The companies fulfillment department can’t fill orders correctlyBuyer beware!
We have spoken with Customer *** *** as soon as he made us (DIY BBQ, LLC) aware of any questions that he was having with the parts that were sentUpon speaking with him, we resolved all question and concerns he voiced to us Mr*** has since been refunded for his entire orderWe value

The company finally contacted me - the same day I filed complaintThey sent out my order, recieved with missing parts, contacted them again and I just received my complete order
They said their email and phones had been downI did not ask how
long (over weeks?, they managed to keep their FB active - I left messages there) I don't know what the real problem wasBut I got them to respond after saying I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com

Customer contacted us in regards to a malfunctioning switch on his Cal Flame P4 grill. As his dealer we opened a warranty claim with the manufacture; as this warranty is the manufacturer's warranty. It appears that the switch was back ordered...
which caused a delay in the customer receiving the item. As of last week the customer received the replacement switch.
