I am rejecting this response because: I consent to the reponse of the manager Ms.*** ***The contract is outdated and as my right(s) here as a tenant I had no written notice or warning! The night of the incident 10/7/2017, there was a tresspasser on our parking spot #which has always been an issue.The security acted in behalf of a higher authority because he noted it on his reportAs seen in the attachment above dated 10/6/2017-*** ***Up to our knowledge there is security cameras facing the lotWe werent interfering with any entrance.Supervisors need to have more control of the management/manager and disgusting property

This letter is in response to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com from [redacted],  Reference # [redacted]The complaint filed by [redacted] was inaccurate.  Their vehicle was towed because it was parked in a  HCAP RAMP /  CROSSHATCH area....They were parked illegally and the towing...

company was within their legal rights to remove the vehicle.  If the resident would have followed the rules and not parked illegally they would not have been towed.Please see attached:1.
