My application was denied and they refused to give me my holding deposit backI was denied 03/07/2016.the manager Sonia said it'll take business days for my holding deposit to be returned, then it turned to daysIt's been over a month and they have not responded to me and will not return my callsThey also refused to give me the name of the company who owns the apartmentsPlease please please do not trust these people

My complaint is when I first receive my apartment there were stains all through the apartment carpet,and there was no dishwasher,nor were there a stove.Not just that the apartment was so filthy.Due to the fact that my apartment was in this bad condition, they wouldn't reimburse me my money, and I have not been staying there
