I had Dixie Septic come out and was very pleased with their performance. They were patient and waiting a few minutes for me to arrive before they started the job. They were very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the whole process to me. I want to give them a big shout out because that is what customer service is all about. Poor Customer Service, had to track down estimate, inspector left HUGE oil spill in the drive way from his truckZERO professionalism!!!

Paid for an inspection to be completed on a home, driver left HUGE oil stains all over the drivewayCalled in & spoke with Rocky to let her know about the stains as well as emailed pictures with zero response or attentionRequested inspection results which were paid for and after several days of phone tag and broken promises to send the report we simply asked for a verbal estimateWe were hung up onStill battling with them over the oil stain, owner has promised to call and once again broken promisesI would hate for anyone else to get caught up in their lack of business ethics

Great service. Turnaround on the work was very quick and the quote was delivered quickly as well. [redacted] (owner) walked us through the ins and outs of the system and made sure everything was set up properly upon check out. Would use again for other services.

Dallas Landscape and Irrigation installed gutters and drains for us and also a sprinkler system. They did an excellent job on all counts. Guy was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend them if you need any work done.
