HORRIBLE customer service at 1181 S. Bellevue Memphis TN! I wish the owner would occasionally drive by or send decoys to place an order. They never give you a receipt unless you ask or beg for it. THEY take their sweet time to acknowledge that you are at the drive-thru speaker then THEY leave you in the drive-thru line for 25-37 minutes (well this happened the last 4 times I've gone there in the past 28 days). Today, I counted 11 cars that drove away! When THEY make a mistake with your order, THEY look at you and treat you as if you did something wrong. THEY overcharge. If I order a sandwich with everything that comes on it, that is just what I expect for the price listed....but Nooo! THEY add on $0.50 for grilled onions and every other little add-on price they can without letting you know that there is an extra cost. If I did not ask for extra onions, I do not expect you to charge me! This is not only Fraudulent but despicable! Just nasty, terrible attitudes. Despite all, the food is good. Besides convenience, that is the only reason I go back. But after today, I am just terrified of this place.","neg-1
I ordered a 20 piece hot wing. I drove home 15+ miles to find that there were season wings. I called to make a complaint, the phone was passed around.About 6:30 Saturday Feb. 13, I made a purchase of 20 hot wings and a fry at Dixie Queen, located at [redacted] I drove 15 miles home to find that the order was wrong. Then I called to make a complaint. Two employees passed the phone around. I then spoke with the manager who asked me to bring the wings back to the store. I told her how far away I was, and how my order was made out wrong. She replied that there was nothing that she could do. I called back to get information about the owner, so that I could get my complaint heard and my wrong order made right. She told me that I was speaking to her, and that I'd have to call Monday to speak with some one else.Desired SettlementI want them to re-make my order. I want them to make the 20 piece hot that I ordered. Nothing more.Business Response The customer was told to bring the wing back so we could make them over but was told that her son have eaten them on feb. 18 I [redacted] talk with the customer and advised her that I count the wing that's why they asked her to bring them back, and when she talk with me she was like that's fine but I [redacted] advise her that she could come and get some more wing on feb.19 the customer come back and got 20 more wing and was happy about that.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I did not tell them that my son ate the wings. I told them that I stayed too far to come back and asked if they could remake them. After reporting the business, Dixie Queen [redacted] to Revdex.com Dixie Queen [redacted] reached out to me. I opted to except their remake to share with my son for lunch. As I recieved the remake, their was pepper and slime all over the wings. I was afraid that there was foul play taking place, so I threw those wings away. I knew that Revdex.com in a previous email had promised to recap on what has happened since the initial report. And I vowed to tell all. And their above statement is severely flawed. Thank you Revdex.com for acting for me when I was ignored.
