I have had the same run around with this company. The company is unethical and hard to deal with. I signed up for a inexpensive sample and am now getting monthly bills totally $178. They refuse to take the product back even though it did not work for me. It is upsetting that companies like this can continue to trick people into recurring bills. I am very upset about not getting my full refund.

We would suggest contacting the company directly to resolve any issues or complaints you have with them, the service, or the product. On the back of the product you received should be a contact number for the company servicing your account or next to the transaction on your monthly statement. They are sending me face cream that I don't want. Taking money from my checking account. I want it stopped.

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on July 04, 2017.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.97 and $79.97 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.97 on July 18, 2017 for the Ageless Face Moisturizer and $79.97 on July 19, 2017 for the Ageless Eye Revitalizer.
According to our records we have not recieved a request for cancelation, which resulted in your account remaining active. As a courtsey today, we have immediately cancelled your account and you will not receive any shipments or charges going forward. We have also provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent charges. You were refunded $89.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account. We have also submitted a request to issue an additional refund for $79.97. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive this refund. A check will be mail to the address on your account, which is *** Beatrice, NE.
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!
Ditto on the other comments about repeated billing that I did NOT sign up for. Finally spoke with someone and they said they stopped the billing, also processing refund for 1/2 of the current month billing but won't let me send products back and this is as much of a refund that I could get.
