We are sorry for the delays in shipping and that one of the original items was damaged during transit Unfortunately, we don't have control over when products arrive in Ashley's warehouse We receive items as quickly as any Ashley dealer could We were unable to accept the drastically reduced offer on the damaged chair due to the fact that the damage was almost unnoticeable and consisted of a hairline crack in the wood on one of the arms and Ashley reimburses us in full for damaged items We kept the customer informed of estimated shipping dates and ultimately the customer chose not to wait the additional week for the item to come into the store She asked for a refund and we issued the full refund in cash the next day to her directly We are sorry that her experience did not go as planned but we did everything within our control to have her items shipped as quickly as possible
