We never signed anything from Action Pro White or Blizzard White.? They claim they had on their website that we will be billed $for shipment that we ordered on March 30, 2016.? There was never an order placed to Blizzard White on March 30, 2016, from either myself or my wife.? We never knew that your company even existed.? We were only familiar with Action Pro White which after receiving the first shipment from them we cancelled immediately.? We only were made aware of your company on September 5, 2016, because we received a shipment from your company.? Blizzard White had billed us $and Action Pro White billed us for $287.30.? Blizzard White was not authorized to withdraw money from my wife's debit card.? This information came from Amazon stating that Action Pro White was advertising on their website.? I assumed I was dealing with Amazon until April, 2016, when we received another shipment from Action Pro White.? We called numerous times to Action Pro White and was told our account was closed.? We kept receiving shipments in unlabeled boxes from April to September, 2016.? This continued even after I was assured that our account was closed.? I do not know where or from whom Blizzard White received our information because we were only dealing with Action Pro White.? Your company finally told us that both companies are located together and use the same people in their business.? We do not know how either company received our information because we were told we were dealing with Amazon and Amazon assured us that they did not give you the information.? We want to see documentation that we signed or a recording of an agreement that we supposedly made with both companies.? I want a total refund from both companies or our documentation will be submitted to the attorney general from Arizona.? I expect to hear back from you or receive a refund by October 7, 2016.? If not it will be submitted

I did not in fact order this item as I never clicked on "confirm" and I was charged anyway! Why do you have this step if you don't honor it? I truly believe this is fraudulent! I want my money back for this company "Blizzard White" to destroy any and all of my personal information and cc number from all systems! I DID NOT ultimately order this product and I feel conned into it, which I truly believe you all know that! I'm sure it is part of your ploy to sucker consumers to buy your product! Why can't I be refunded my money? Wouldn't it make for a good business process? Are you afraid everyone will do the same? If your system process is so safe, good and secure then you should have nothing to worry aboutThis is just not right! After all it's only $4.90! I did return the package as soon as I received it!
