I must add that my Mother *** *** has been in a nursing home for a year now with Alzheimer's disease. I do not know anything about a five dollar check. She is in not condition to be ordering magazines. I have been paying all her bills for a year now. This check was not issued from me. Her address on her checks is still Binger, Oklahoma and this company used my address in Coweta, OK on this draft. This sounds like fraud to me. I have contacted the bank and they said they would not pay this draft

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please let me add that I appreciate the swift resolution through the efforts of the Revdex.com.The immediate response from Diversified Marketing is also admirable. However, their marketing campaigns create confusing situations for unsuspecting seniors. I'd like to encourage them to cease these practices, and encourage our older population, like me, to be more aware of what they are signing.
