My family has had nothing but headaches when having to deal with DBS and our go-to person in regards to not processing reimbursements owed for medical and prescription expenses based on my employer's health plan through WEA Trust of Madison, Wisconsin. They have not been able to give us a straight answer to what is causing the ongoing reimbursement issues. At one point, they said everything was fixed, and we did receive the money owed to us but well after the expenses were due, and we had to bite the bullet and pay penalty fees for not being able to pay the full amount. Well, the problem obviously wasn't corrected because it's happening again. I've involved my employer to help my family with this problem. Even they can't seem to get the people at DBS to figure out their ongoing issues in a timely manner. DBS has given my family many "I'm sorries," but that doesn't give me back the hours I've spent trying to track them down for a straight answer or the financial expenses incurred because we haven't received our reimbursements in a timely fashion. They truly don't seem to care that it is costing my family financially due to their incompetence. I feel sorry for the people at DBS that make a living off of other people's misery. They are a sad lot to say the least, and my family still has no answers and rightful reimbursements coming our way. Shame on you DBS.
This company has extremely poor customer service. They are flat out rude when you try to talk with them.
I have a paperwork dispute over $20 with them and they shut my Benny card down! They didn't just not pay the $20, they are blocking all usage. I called to ask what could be done to re-activate the card and was told nothing could be done. I will find out who I need to involve to recover my funds.
