Dive Gear Express, at first sight, is a cleanly put together websiteHowever, once one begins to navigate it, the website becomes more and more confusingFrom a dismal array of products poorly arranged into incoherent, illogical groups to the sheer number of (what the company calls) "pricing errors" I decided to pull the trigger on a product that was listed well below MSRPThis was not the only item appearing to be below retail on their sparsely stocked website at the timeNot only were these "errors" all over the website, but there were allegedly multiple incorrect prices for the same product in different varieties The morning after purchasing this item I received an email saying that the price was, in fact, almost 722% higher (not including the shipping cost)This bait and switch business model is covered under their policy which ambiguously states "All prices and specifications are subject to change without noticeSale prices are limited time offersA Web site of this size may contain incorrect pricing or other errorsWe do our best to minimize such errors..." Obviously, the company does not care about prices being accurately reflected on their website Lastly, the email that I received, attempting to get me to pay the added cost stated that "[my] complete satisfaction is [their] goal"Sorry Dive Gear Express, but you definitely failed to meet your goal

Dive Gear Express, at first sight, is a cleanly put together website. However, once one begins to navigate it, the website becomes more and more confusing. From a dismal array of products poorly arranged into incoherent, illogical groups to the sheer number of (what the company calls) "pricing errors".

I decided to pull the trigger on a product that was listed well below MSRP. This was not the only item appearing to be below retail on their sparsely stocked website at the time. Not only were these "errors" all over the website, but there were allegedly multiple incorrect prices for the same product in different varieties.
