I'd prefer a refund for the services I received as well as for them to cover any accrued medical treatment I've had to seek regarding this injury
I would highly recommend In-Style Charlotte Inc [redacted] went out of her way on many occasions to help me out She was knowledgeable and patient (this was my first backsplash and I had a lot of questions), she got numerous tile samples for me, lent me a display to take home, and emailed me photos of various tiles and grout samples Even when my installer was short nine (yes nine) tiles at the end of the project she was able to expedite an order for the nine tiles All in all excellent customer service,

Dear Representative of Revdex.com,
We have received a complaint letter about the old(perviaus owner gift certificates) gift certificate issue
which...
is explained by:
Diva Nail has been changed ownership twice since last 12 months, and it’s sale proprietorship
First, This Salon is Under newmanagement( Changed Ownership).
Second, I have been taking some lost an the old gift certificates system already-the pervious one,
and after ran out budget for Old gift certificates, we changed our offer to take 50% of its value (old gift
certificates) until end of March 2014 and we put this affer on the sign to make sure customer get that
inform
Third, she was asked to call back to talk to manager due to high volume clients( Spm-6:30 pm)
at that moment as I been told that.
In conclusion, I try my best in my situation to keep clients come back event ran out budget for old
gift certificates by offering %50 it’s value until end of March 2014 to get the business back in shape, It’s a
win-win situation I get some clients back, and they get half of gift certificates value. On the other hand,
We could change the salon name then I don’t need to deal with gift certificate issue, they would lose
everything, and I might lose clients also, and I don’t give refund for those gifts, I only offer services to
make it up. I might consider extend the offer 50% it’s value to end of May only if business is getting
better.( Please print this letter along with the gift certificate in case the offer expired)
Review: I purchased a 60 dollar gift card from this salon in early December 2013. When the person I gave the gift card to as a Christmas gift went to the salon they would not honor the gift card. The explanation they gave was there was now a new owner. The name and phone number of salon remains the same. When I called the salon to complain,I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me.The employee I spoke with refused to give his name.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the gift card.
