Ordered the *** Contemporary 5-light Galaxy Crystal Chandelier from District Decor's website AKA Light Modern, LLCThe base of the chandelier was depicted as a silver mesh, chrome baseTo my dismay, what was delivered was a white base which has scratches on it and not chrome but plastic trimAttempted to contact them several times via the below information including written messages through their customer service portal and have gotten no responseAdditionally, I attempted to call the phone number listed on the UPS label and their was no answer

I am writing in response to a Complaint ID *** received by our company on 04/19/Our customer, *** *** placed an online order on 03/14/and e-mailed us on 04/02/with the following issue: “The Contemporary Galaxy light chandelier I purchased did not come with the
silver base as depictedThe base we received is white and the bottom of the base is scratched as wellIt looks cheap and weakIs the silver base available? Thank you.” We have overlooked this e-mail and did not provide a timely response; however, we e-mailed customer back on 04/21/after receiving a correspondence from Revdex.com and advised to remove the white protective screen off the base which would make the base color become chrome colored as present on the picture below: http://www.districtdecor.com/contemporary-5light-galaxy-crystal-chandelier-p- We got a response from the customer same day requesting a prepaid shipping label to be provided and the product to be refunded upon the arrivalWe have provided a prepaid UPS label, received the product back and issued a full refund today, on 05/04/16.Feel free to e-mail me back with any questions or concerns Thank you, Oleg G***216-220-
