Disney Movie Rewards sent out an email advertising the *** remote control droid be Sphero, but they didn't have any in stock when they sent the ad. On 12/14/17 at 5:04 A.M. Disney Movie Rewards Sent out an email advertisement for the *** Sphero remote controlled unit. As soon as I received the email, I followed the link for the ad which took me to their website to a page showing that the advertised item was not in stock. They had sent out an email for an item which they did not even have in stock, and which they have told me they don't know if they will get more in stock. I have contacted them multiple times to address the issue of false advertising but they won't respond to any questions about their questionable advertising practices, and simply told me to keep checking back to their website every day for an item that they may not ever get in. After weeks of checking their site every day, and them refusing to help me, I told them that I was going to refer this issue to the Revdex.com and asked them for information regarding which branch of Disney, Inc. they were a part of, but they have failed to respond to any of my emails since then. Disney does not have the right to advertise anything they want without substantiating the claims and offers. Their marketing campaign is illegal and reprehensible.
