Review: The customer service was terrible the room was horrible when I checked in I did not do a full inspection of the room when I woke up I did a full inspection of the room because I noticed things out of place there are electrical outlets uncovered the floor is stained to the point where it's a health hazard the bed the box springs were stained the ceiling has stains it was just very unsanitary very unhealthy conditions so I asked for a refund. I received very poor customer service upon asking for my refund and they refusedDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money and the business really needs to be shut down but since I don't have that power I would be happy with a refund
