It’s great to deal with someone who is more concerned about me buying the right product at the right price point than trying to sell me something more expensive and might not be a good fit for my family. Eddie helped us to trouble-shoot our VibraTrim. He was honest, thorough and in addition he was very patient with us. He helped us to find the problem. He could easily have given up on troubleshooting when we didn't immediately find the problem; he could have switched direction from troubleshooting mode to selling us a replacement part, but instead he persevered with troubleshooting and we found the problem and obviated the expense of a replacement part. Such honesty and perseverance is a rare find! We have no hesitation in giving him 5-star rating!

I just called Discount Vibrations for help on a machine that I bought from another company, as that company did not return my requests for help. Discount Vibrations to the rescue--even though they did not sell me my machine!!!! Kudos to Discount Vibrations for being so helpful even though they had no financial gain. I wish I had bought my machine from them.

Excellent product support. Had electronics problem and owner was able to assist me with troubleshooting until the machine was working properly again even though it was 8 years old and well past the warranty period.
