We prepaid for a shuttle service from our hotel to pearl harborWe were told of the three pick up timesWe were min early for the pick upWhen the service did not arrive we calledThey said min more waited called again now min waited a total of hour after the second call they let the calls go to voice mailThey left a customer with Brain Cancer just sit on the side if the road in the heatWe had to take another Tra sport to get him out of the heat
