I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] There were never any phone calls made to me prior to auction, there was never an attempt to contact me via EMAIL which was how they contacted me before and there was nothing ever discussed about keeping this account current!!!  They are lying in regards to phone call attempts because their were not phone calls from them and as I stated, why could they send an email about auctioning my unit just 2 months prior but could not do this for this auction.  I would check their phone records and all documents in regards to this as far as I am concerned this was an illegal sale of my goods because there were ways to contact me and they choose not to contact me they way they had previously reached me.  I was email my bills monthly so all of a sudden they could not email me concerning my unit.  This was completely illegal and this is not over!  I know that my most precious belongings are gone but not because I wasn't trying to keep up payments, it is because they illegally claimed my storage unit and this is wrong!
