I [redacted] billing manager here with Discount Mechanical, made several attempts to contact customer about the bill dated 6/28/2016 leaving several messages asking for a good email in order to get the invoice to her properly. I received no response, a letter was mailed out...

The invoice became outstanding and I made a final telephone call to inform the customer that this invoice will be sent to collection due to no correspondences. After informing her about the invoice going into collections she called back within 5 minutes of the message. The customer had questions about why she was paying for a bill for something that we did not fix the first time we were at the property in January. The customer was informed that the issue was taken care of at the time of service as stated in our invoice per the technician. Six months have went by and the customer called about a leak stating that she could not confirm if it were the same leak, we could not duplicate the leak because there was not a leak present at the time of service6/28/2016. Our policy is 30 day labor warranty and 90 day part warranty, the leak was fixed the first time and there was no leak the second time around. We would have been more than happy to allow this to fall under warranty if it were the same issue was within the warranty disclosure stated at the bottom of the invoice. Customer has paid for the invoice as of 7/29
