Discount Lots

I've been looking to go off grid for about a year now and called discount lots and spoke with Ari, who walk me through specific lots that I was looking at in central florida. Not only was he super helpful with the information regarding the setup but the purchase and the following steps and procedures that followed. I went out inspected the lot before I purchased it and everything checked out. I plugged in the coordinates into GPS and it mapped out exactly where the lot lines were. Discount lots makes it easy to purchase raw land because they hold the note and you have a low monthly payment. After I purchased the lot an account manager called and walked me through the next steps, if I wanted to contact the town for zoning, electric, water etc. It was very helpful and reassuring to know that if I have any questions I just call and ask. If you're looking for raw land this is definitely the way to go. Thank you everyone at discount lots for making my dream come true and finally going off grid.
