They get a 1 star from me. If I could give a zero, I would.
They are very unprofessional and very slow and use the bait and switch to extend the job.
They wouldn't even provide a written quote for their work. When they did arrive, they came with 2 guys in training that they charged full price for. $35/hr
Now that they are no longer on my job, they are saying that I owe more money for parts/labor and making threats to me on the phone
Everyone should be warned
If I hadn't have been there the entire time, it would have been worse. It was like they were trying to figure things out as they went.
On one occasion they were putting in a new entry door. Once it was in place, they need to put the lock in the door. I watch 3 of them fumble for 15 minutes trying to figure it out. I finally took the lock from them and did it myself.
They showed up one day smelling like weed, That day they dropped a door into my freshly painted hallway. They patched the hole and later on one of the untrained men proceeds to sand the spot with a belt sander. Needless to say he was fired that day. BTW, I still paid $35 / hr for him. I also paid an addition $180 dollars plus paint to pay someone else to re do the entire hall. The new contractor called them HACKS...
They shower stall install took 7 six hour days @ 2 x $35 = ~$3000 for a simple tiles shower. BTW, I had to finish it too.
He also offer to write receipts for me in excess of the bill. BTW, back when he liked me.
