This business took a $440 + deposit in January for a shower door / house window and bathroom mirror replacement.

Since Taking the deposit they have done nothing but reply to inquiries stating the home window is at their shop but the shower door has not arrived. March 9 they said in an e mail the shower door had not arrived.

They never ordered the shower door the first time, then when I repeatedly inquired they said there was a "mix up" in e mails and the shower door had been ordered. The last status e mail was March 9th that they had ordered the door and still they don't reply to status inquiries.

All of this is pre-COVID 19 and occured before the virus issue.

I have had to file dispites with my bank to get the deposit back.

Discount Glass breached the contract, which is cleverly worded and has no time frames.
