A threatening text message was received by [redacted] the following day, [redacted] stated the truck had to be towed from [redacted] where it broke down [redacted] ***, TX is an 8+ hour drive from [redacted] , TX where he said he was headed to firstThis conversation and the one filed in the complaint do NOT align.Unfortunately we are unable to predict when and where parts fail on our trucksAll we can do is look our trucks over closely and replace and failed componentsWe don’t do much advertising so a lot of our business comes from word of mouth and repeat customersWe do the best to ensure our customers do get the most for there money
