Worst company to deal with (if it's a real company?). Ordered *** & More, 55 Gallon Drum, 13455 Total $570. Ordered 5/7/20 expected it 5/22/20. Product hasn't arrived. I have emailed, left voice messages, attempted to utilize their live chat that only directs you to type & leave a voice message. No call backs or status of the order. I have requested a tracking # or Proof of Delivery. No responses. I looked up the address of *** & it's a house (3 beds 2 baths 1,950 sqft) on zillow valued at $323K. Not certain if this is a real company or someone attempting to run a business from a home? I have had to file a claim through my credit card company pending outcome. Don't deal with this company unless you want to be taken or deal with issues of filing a claim.

Worse customer service. When you call to make a product inquiry you cannot get any live operator you can only leave a message at which point they take 24 to 48 hours to call you back I made numerous attempts through email and leaving messages for them to call me back they never have

This website is fake. I've purchased a part for my vacuum. I've made the payment through Paypal. They took the payment but didn't send a purchase confirmation email. Its been 20 days and haven't heard from them at all. I called/emailed them several time with no success, nobody will answer the phone. I reported to Paypal, unfortunately they denied the case and couldn't refund the money to me. Stay away from this website. Total scam!!!!!

I purchased a vacuum cleaner for my cleaning business from this company. Less than 2 months of use the vacuum stopped working. I contacted them several times via phone and e-mail. It took over one week to hear back. A few weeks after I contacted them they e-mailed me letting me know there was nothing they could do. Neither manufacturer or online store would replace the vacuum. We are talking less than 2 months of use the vacuum which looked like was poorly put together opened in half. Over a phone conversation they accused me of dropping the vacuum. They also lied to me. When I purchased the vacuum they told me the vacuum had a 5-year warranty. I spent $400.00 of a vacuum that lasted less than 2 months. They won't take it back and they won't replace it. I will never do business with them again and I certainly don't recommend them to anyone.

I just had a good experience with this company. Online I made a $50 order for some cleaning products because I thought that I was out of them. Very soon after ordering this I realize that I didn't have it in stock. I called the business and left a message and was worried because I did not reach someone directly. So I also followed up with an email to cancel the order. Very soon thereafter I received received email from the company confirming that the order had been canceled. I was relieved and count this as An experience with a responsive, respectable company. Always nice to be able to give a positive truthful review! Tried to give a Google review because this was an online purchase, but I could not figure out their process to do so. Thank you for the opportunity to review the company here.
