Review: I ordered a starter kit from Disciplescross.com and the money was taken from my credit card but I did not receive the product. So, I decided to do a little more research on the company and I have come to the conclusion by ready some of the complaints listed on the Revdex.com that I would like to be refunded and a further investigation should be done on EASYWORK-GREATPAY.COM and payed another $30.00 in the fist place to download a work from home booklet, listing Disciplescross.comDesired Settlement: I would like my purchase refunded in full since I did not receive my kit.

Review: I haven't received payment on 1050 crosses that I've sent between December of 2013 and April 2014. I've contacted them via phone, email and mail and haven't received an answer. The times that I was able to talk with a customer service representative, told me that the crosses were in the inspection step or that I would be contacted back with status and never received a call from them. This work-from-home business opportunity pays $2.25 for each accepted cross. I've worked with them for years and never had a problem until 2013.Desired Settlement: Payment for the 1050 crosses that I sent.

Review: Information on the Disciple's Cross website claims that after you send in a test unit of necklaces you've assembled, they will either pay you for them or return them to you with a quality check list as further instruction. I sent a test batch to them on April 1, 2014 and as of this date (August 4,2014) I've not received anything in return, absolutely no correspondence. To join Disciple's Cross, you must purchase the starter kit (which was $80.77), and I've purchased additional supplies since then. I've emailed this company and received no answer, and the voice mail is always full. I either want my finished product back or a total refund of my start-cost because they did not honor the terms of their own agreement.Desired Settlement: The cost of the start-up, specifically $80.77.

Review: I have battled the company "Disciples Cross, LLC" since last May to obtain supplies for their jewelry making program and then to get the return or payment for products I sent in for inspection/purchase in August. I have emailed seven times and left several phone messages and received no response.1) Their website states that new kits will be shipped within 2-3 business days. I did not receive my kit for over 6 weeks.2) The website states that crosses will be paid for or returned within 2 weeks. I have been waiting 3 1/2 months for this to happen. I would like all of my money back, since I have wasted so much time on this.Desired Settlement: Refund of total amount paid for the kit, $109.82

Review: I ordered the disciple cross kit on may 29th, my total charge was $109.82. It is now june 17th and I still have not received my kit nor have I received even a tracking number. They have not communicated with me at all to explain this error nor do they answer their phone or emails, you can not even leave a message most of the time and they have not responded to the only one I got to leave. I am very upset I put a lot of time into the decision to do this not to mention the money that took me a couple of months to save up.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the kit I ordered, an apology and explanation would be nice as well.
Review: MY COMPLAINT IS, MY ORDER WAS SHORTED AND THEY NOTED IT ON THE INVOICE AS OF 2/01/2015 WITH A NOTE SAYING THEY WOULD SEND THE BALANCE WHEN THEY GOT THEIR NEXT SHIPMENT OF WIRE IN ASAP. WE ARE NOW IN MARCH AND I HAVE E-MAILED THEM 3 TIMES AS TO WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE THE BALANCE OF MY ORDER. ONLY ONCE DID I SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHEN I CALLED ON MY LUNCH HOUR WITH ANOTHER QUESTION ABOUT THE ORDER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE OTHER E-MAILS. I TOLD THEM IN THE LAST E-MAIL I WOULD CONTACT THE Revdex.com IF I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM, THAT WAS LAST WEEK. I ALSO E-MAILED THEM A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE SO THEY COULD SEE I WAS NOT LYING.Desired Settlement: I WOULD APPRECIATE MY ORDER BEING COMPLETED OR A REFUND OF THE COST OF THE ITEMS NOT RECEIVED.
Review: Disciples Cross still has not paid cross submissions from 11/5/2013 for 400 crosses for $915.30, 11/19/13 for 300 crosses for $686.30 and 12/20/13 for 400 crosses for $915.30 for a Total of $2,516.90. Payments are supposed to be 3-4 weeks from the time they receive the submissions. The company does not respond to phone calls, email or facebook messages. They are already in hiding.Desired Settlement: Need to pay for what they owe for $2,516.90 in full.
Review: I ordered a starter kit for 109.00 on November 1st and the money cleared the bank on November 3rd. I called on November 7th and was told the product would ship that day. I have tried to call and email since that time and can get no answer on the phone and no reply to an email.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered but if that is not possible I would like a refund.
