I ordered a 50cc dirt bike for my son. It arrived quicker than I thought and assembled great. It fired right up and ran great for about 2 hours. When we went back to start it, the rear tire was complete frozen and the whole engine seems to be seized! We cannot even pull the starter cord. I have received one response back via email ([email protected]) saying "we apologize for the inconvenience... would like to do everything we can to resolve the issue." That was 4 weeks ago and I have not heard a word since. I keep emailing and the one phone number I found on the package label (678)529-2878, is no good. Save your money and shop elsewhere! Worst part is all these mini-bikes are NOT for grown ups so USA Dirt Bike is directly hurting children! So disappointing, frustrating and EXPENSIVE!

I got the dirtbike right away. I put the premium gas and right amount of oil mixture into the plastic bottle that came with it. Shook it up put it in. I primed it with the primer button just like on a lawn mower.
The bike fired right up. My son loves his dirtbike. He rode it all summer. The only problem we had was the screws loosened and fell off. I can't find anyone who carries the screws to replace them.

We ordered a 500 volt Atv for our son for Christmas. It ran for 1 week and now has no power. It won’t turn on at all. The charger works but nothing on it is turning on. We have reached out with no response. There is no way to contact them besides email. I WANT A REFUND! We are out 750 dollars for our sons big Christmas gift that does not work and we need that money back to buy him a different one.

I had placed an order for a green dirt bike. It didn’t show me my cart before proceeding until after I paid. It has saved a red dirt bike in my cart from a previous visit to the website. So my mistake I bought two. I immediately emailed them to tell them I didn’t want the red bike. I also filed our their contact us on their website. I never heard back even though I repeatedly emailed them. A week later we received both bikes. I inputted a request on their website to request a refund for the red bike. They won’t respond. Also we put the green bike together and it doesn’t work. Our grandson rode it once down the road and back. It never started again. The motor is seized. We paid for a warranty but they will not respond to use. So now I have a red bike I don’t want and a green bike that doesn’t work.

It’s our bike ram for one day email with no response My son dirtbike man from one day we went to start the next day and it would not start email for a week with no response pay for us in the warranty no response they are a scam

I purchased this bike for my son for Christmas. It came in pieces and was not running. Had to pay a local shop $100 to get it running and there are still problems. I sent the invoice to Dirt Bike USA and they refused to reimburse. They admitted their knowing that the bikes have faulty equipment. I asked for a phone number to contact, they refused. I’ve been speaking to them for days with no results or corrections. Very frustrating. $500 out for a bike that doesn’t work. So unless you’re willing to fix the product, save your money. Buy somewhere else!

In short, Bought a 50cc bike for my grand daughter's birthday. 1 week after her mom (MY Daughter) passed away from Covid complications. Bike came, would not stay running. Repacked up and ready to ship. Emailed USAdirtbike and Helen responded a week later the return was approved. I also explained that I wanted to return the 50cc and exchange it for a 110cc and pay the difference. If all had worked out, My grand son would have gotten a bike on his birthday also. Maybe me too. BUT, NO RMA and/or return shipping info would follow. After 5+ emails and 3 months not one response from USA dirtbike. Finally fed up, contacted my CC company to cancel the charge transaction. Now we are a week or so from Christmas, still, not one response. Looking for a real reputable dealership to purchase new bikes from. They do NOT respect either their own company image or their customers

We bought a dirt bike for our 7 year old….missing part (no big deal my husband went and bought a bolt) cranked once and now won’t run. We have a disappointed kid and a waist of $400….how do you get in touch with someone? I want a new bike or my money back!

I ordered a dirt bike for my sons bday and I got it but it’s all damaged I can’t even put it together I have been trying to reach someone for over a week no reply I was even willing to go to company and get a new bike I need the dirt replaced ASAP before this weekend in all parts and no damages or a refund because this is ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous! Definitely feels like a scam. We have sent multiple emails with no response. Bike was shipped in pieces, pieces missing so I don’t even know if it works because I can’t put it together. Sent an email with picture of exact missing pieces. Completely unacceptable! Bought it in may early enough for my sons birthday and now he has no gift and feels let down because we have a broken bike!I expect a line of communication in order to build a working bike!

Ordered a 50cc dirt bike for my son. The money was taken out of my account. I received an email saying my item shipped. IT DID NOT! The label was created and the package was never received by UPS. I just want the dirt bike or my money back so I can buy my child one from somewhere else.

I ordered two 50cc dirtbikes. Email is the only way to contact and they never respond besides once. I asked if it was a scam or fraudulent and they emailed back saying no its legit. Tracking labels printed and never shipped. I never received them and I used PayPal so the process of getting my money back may be impossible..

I ordered a segway style hoverboard with handlebar got a receipt and email stating order processed for delivery. Called UPS they never received pickup information from company. Can't get in touch with anyone no phone number and no response to emails. This was not a cheap purchase of $259. Next steps will be with my bank and legal if this matter can't be resolved.

I tried to log in to 'my account' on their site but every time it tells you its the wrong password. When you try to reset password it it STILL wrong and locks you out. There is NO customer service phone number to call and when emailing the sales department NO ONE ever answers back. This is a fraudulent company!

DIDN'T RECEIVE ITEM.
I RECEIVED 1 DIRT BIKE BUT NOT THE OTHER AND I SEE NO INFO FROM UPS AS FAR AS A 2ND SHIPMENT. IT JUST SAYS LABEL CREATED. WHEN I LOOK UP MY ORDER NUMBER ON THEIR SITE IT SHOWS NO ORDER EXISTING. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM THRU E-MAIL AS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER.
