A quick synopsis: The client had agreed to use our "call tracking" feature, which means a new phone number would be created with a call tracking device that would redirect to her businessThe reason for the call tracking option is for her to know how many people called from the advertisementThe
"new" phone number would only appear in the Directory Plus ad. Initially, when she didn't recognize her number, we assumed she didn't understand that the call tracking number would be different than her regular numberOnce we explained that, we believed we had resolved the issue. Unfortunately, what we didn't realize is that the call tracking phone number had been entered incorrectly into the phone book advertisedSo an incorrect number was in her adShe then faxed the information to our company production department in ColoradoBut during those two days she faxed us, our fax machine had been down and no faxes went through until a couple of days laterBy then she had called the Revdex.com.Long story short: We have gone ahead and given her a credit on her bill for the amount of the adAnd we got the call tracking number fixed, and it is now workingWe have spoken with her and she is satisfied with the resolution.Please call me if you have any questions.Sincerely,Jim W***, ###-###-#### office, ###-###-####
