Took my washing machine there on February 15, Was told a part was ordered on February 22, After months of calls to business, we were told to call about the part ourselves (on August 2, 2016) We were told by the distributor that there was over of that particular part in stockCalled the business, said it would be ordered that dayCalled the business on August 5, 2016, and the part had still not been orderedOrdered the part ourselves on August 5, The part was delivered to us on August 10, Picked up the washer on August 10, 2016, and took it to another appliance repair business We had our washer back and repaired by August 15, We were charge $to "look" at it Our washer sat for over FIVE MONTHS and no repair was ever even attempted Even though they call themselves DIRECT MAYTAG, no one is licensed with Maytag as being an authorized repair person
On January 13, we purchased a refrigerator for my son from Direct Maytag in Pueblo, Colorado for $2, After three weeks and not hearing about our refrigerator I called and the phone call was never returned I called back a week later and was told it came in dented and was sent back and again I was never notified At four weeks I called again, left a message, and the phone call was never returned After seven weeks, no refrigerator, no communication, I went to Direct Maytag and the secretary had no idea or how to determine where my refrigerator was at or when I was getting it Finally got a phone call from the owner and was told he was going to cancel the order for the refrigerator and go someplace else to purchase it! He did lend a refrigerator to my son but he refused to pick it up and we had to return it ourselves We called and called numerous times and left messages and he never returned our calls!!

Called the business, said it would be ordered that day. Called the business on August 5, 2016, and the part had still not been ordered. Ordered the part ourselves on August 5, 2016. The part was delivered to us on August 10, 2016. Picked up the washer on August 10, 2016, and took it to another appliance repair business. We had our washer back and repaired by August 15, 2016. We were charge $40 to "look" at it. Our washer sat for over FIVE MONTHS and no repair was ever even attempted.
