One room that I was given a key to had a smell so bad that I could not rest because the smell was intolerableWhen I laid down in the bed, it felt as if something was crawling all over meThe room was not very cleanI was given a key to another roomThe room had not had apparent housekeeping servicesThe bed was not made up and someones belongings were inside of the roomAnother room I was given a key to, the bed felt as if it was sinking into the floorThe springs in the mattress were so worn that I could feel them through the mattressWhen going to breakfast, someone approached me and asked me to give them my key because I did not belong at the hotel making me feel completely unsafe and harassedAfter my stay, there became a sign in sheet to eat breakfast where guests have to put their names and room numbers which is a privacy concern, in order to eat breakfast
