We did a large project for this client and one of the areas was flooring in her family room We installed the flooring for this client and the material had some blemishes that we could not removeWe found that the material was not able to be meet her expectations so we offered to remove the flooringThe decision to remove the floor was made on Friday 10/06/ We agreed to have it done on Monday but at the time I could not commit on a time We removed the flooring on Monday as we had agreed I can only imagine that she made this complaint prior to our arrival on Monday The customer has paid us in full and we have moved on [redacted] Direct Flooring & Home [redacted] *
