Direct Fairways

We were contacted in early to advertise in our local City Golf (Twin Pines) Scorecard We initially signed up for two years at $700, we were supposed to get the latest revision of our ad implemented with the scorecard We were then approached for an additional $to add two additional years and be guaranteed that our ad would be banner size above the actual location golfers placed their scores on the scorecard We would have been the only advertisers on that page above the scores Instead, they did NOT use the latest revision of the ad, they used, three revisions before the latest revision; we did not get the exclusive spot above the scores, we ended up on the next page on the bottom Lastly, we were supposed to be in 2017, 2018, 2019, and I went out and played a round on that course this last Sunday We weren't even on the scorecard, let alone, be in the spot above the scores as promised
I have since requested our $back and have heard nothing from the compan

I purchased advertising on 4/21/and received a response from the Art Department on 4/25/ I was told it would take 7-business days before I received my proof I have yet to receive anything and have called numerous times to follow up None of the numbers I have respond I am beginning to suspect that this company is not legitimate and want either the advertising I paid for ($375) or a full refund

On November 16th I was contacted by Direct Fairways for a $advertising package for a Connecticut golf courseWhile it sounded good at the time, having had a chance to review things I decided it wasn't something I wished to move forward with and on November 17th (the next day) I requested that the service the be cancelledI was told that the $would be refundedIt wasn't until a reviewed my credit card statement in January that I saw that the charge was still in fact on thereI still have yet to receive a response from the company to solve this problem

After purchasing ad space, sending ad copy and seeing a contract which was computer signed from our local golf course, I got nervous and went to see what was actually in the Pro shopThe scorecards which were being distributed were from another companyOur golf course manager said he had never heard of Direct Fairways and had never placed their products in his shopThey were selling me ad space in a document that didn't exist! Had my bank dispute these chargesBuyer Beware

Easy to work with, great product and friendly staffI see some negative reviews on here, but they are either extreme exaggerations or Direct Fairways has made some changes for the betterEither way, I would highly recommend using them if you can

I was told that my ad would be inserted into Old Hickory golf course ligature for every golfer that golfed thereIt was to be inserted when the golfing season started at the beginning of MayWhen contacted they say "oh well" Its now almost the end of Augand it's still not thereI paid $and don't have anything for it

They call us to times per week We have asked repeatedly to take our phone number off their call list All they say is that they will make a note of it But it does not stop They make you want to have phone service removed

This is a total scamWe originally discussed a smaller ad then multiple salesman call you to upgradeI cancelled all transactions via email, no response They charged my credit cardThey never called for artwork and never received services

I paid them in full, was supposed to hear from them months ago to approve art work however, they have not contacted me nor will they return my multiple calls or emails I have sent them

This company contacted me in April to sign up to advertise for my businessI have reached out numerous times because my advertisement never went outI have tried to contact them numerous time and have not received a call or an email back

We purchased an Ad in the Wolf Run Golf Course guide in June We submitted art and were told printing was months awayIn August we were again told printing was months awayWe have since tried to get in contact and our messages go unreturnedMeanwhile, Golf Run has never heard of themDuncan Golf Management, who the ad supposedly went through, has never heard of themNow they are calling to place another ad at a different golf courseThey don't have any idea that they have even talked to us before and we keep getting callsWe tell them they already have our money and they hang upThis company seems like a HUGE scam

On 05/07/we authorized a payment for an ad space on Turf Valley's golf course book at a rate of $We were guaranteed to be on the first page of the golf book with Hole #1, and were also guaranteed that we would be the only dispensary featured in the book After agreeing to these terms we were called back and asked if we wanted to be in an additional golf course guide at Waverly Woods for a reduced cost of $We agreed to the same terms of being on the first page and being the only dispensary featured in the bookWe approved our artwork proofs on May 29th for both golf course guidesI received confirmation back from the ad department that they received my e-mailIn the last few weeks I have sent several e-mails to the customer service at Direct Fairways checking in on the status of our ads and received no response which led me to drive to both golf courses and look for myselfUpon arriving at Waverly Woods, they did not have any course guides availableI spoke with the

I purchased advertising from Direct Fairways in September of last year I am not an art guy, so I had them do the work (at no extra charge) The ad was on the golf course a couple of months later I had great communication with the company and even did an early renewal for a nice discount!

They said that they were going to advertise my company but after they received my money nothing has happened and they will not return phone calls or emails I would like to get a refund
