I am rejecting this response because: When I saw the ad it said nothing about requiring a phone line in order to receive internet I only learned of it when I went to sign up on their webpage Why do I have to pay for a phone line I don't want or use? No other companies require this I want to pay for internet only

We do not have a $19.95 plan. All plans are listed on our website at www.directcom.com/eaglemtn and state that internet fees do not include taxes or emergency phone line. This is the statement listed on the website: *Final out-of pocket monthly cost will include bundled emergency...
phone, which service we provide to you free, excluding federal and state taxes and fees (about $17) We also quote the prices, with taxes, when the customer signs up and send a welcome email with the price speed and information on the account.
Customer is not required to have a emergency phone or landline. If customer would like to NOT have one of these options, they can have internet only for about $130/month. Customer can contact me directly to change their plan. This is stated on our website.

I am rejecting this response because: Direct Communications never provided to me a final bill. I was told there was a credit on my account which would get me to the cancellation date. If there was not double billing, provide proof and send to me detailed billing statements.
Sincerely,
