Direct Capital Lending

In over years there has been no complaint with the department of Real Estate and this is the first complain with the Revdex.com after many years of being part and rated by the Revdex.comWe have maintained an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and hope to keep it that way This seller which was not my direct client has many personal issues that I have nothing to do with, and actually hired and fired three (3) Realtors to sell her house and was unhappy with the three agents that did not succeed in selling her house for the initial price she was asking forMy client, [redacted] , ended up purchasing the property from [redacted] by way of a "For Sale By Owner" transactionThere were a lot of factors that slowed down the process and the file did go being the close of escrow because of large cash deposits made by the borrower amongst many issues that araised with loan, but all-in-all we funded the loan and every one was happy at the end of the day It is too bad that [redacted] feels this way, but I am not perfect and one complaint in almost years of being in the business is not bad at all.Best regards, [redacted]
