The mower was picked up shortly after you got involved. Thank you very much for your help. Im still annoyed and concerned because there's oil under the mower right now. But no way it's going back to that dealership. Im hoping it's just left over oil from original leak.  But regardless thank you for your help.  I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Yes, unfortunately this [redacted] zero turn mower was in our service department far too long and way past our expected timeframe in which to repair a mower of this nature.  I apologize and really have no valid excuse as to why it took so long.  We simply over-committed our service time frames...

and speed and we did a poor job communicating to our loyal customer.  As of yesterday, 12/26/2017 the mower was successfully repaired and the customer, [redacted], picked up his machine with absolutely no charge for the repair.  Also, the machine did sit in our 6000SF warehouse during the majority of the time it was here so no visible or underlying damage was done to the mower due to weather elements.  The oil leak was repaired and a full oil and filter change service was performed again at no charge to the customer, parts or labor.  Hopefully this satisfies the complaint.  And again, this won't happen again, our business is not designed to run this way.  Thank you.
