I placed two separate orders in September 15, 2019. My initial order was received December 16, 2019 but, I was promised to receive it the 2nd week of October. I placed a second order of a coat dress (#***) in a royal blue and gold African print on 9/16/19 in a size 18 and I have not received my dress yet. I was supposed to have the dress by November 8, 2019. I last heard from Dinah on December 23, 2019 with the message that she was sending my dress. I have NOT received my dress yet.

Refund I'd like a refund of $102.50 or the item I initially ordered.
