I bought a car from din motors and it's not working it's not even a week and the car stop workingmotor is gone it's not good, so I told him I need my money and they don't want to give me back my money the cars in my position and I'm waiting for them to cancel the payment and refund me my money

Spoke to *** *** numerous times about this vehicle and told him he has a warranty and the vehicle can be fixedToday 10/3/he was supposed to bring back the vehicleWe received a phone call from his brother asking about the warranty and asked for the warranty companies phone number stating
that *** *** was keeping the vehicle and that he will be using the warranty to fix it
