Hi there,In response to the complaint from [redacted] , the differential was returned and the fluid in the rear diff was black which shows it was not change upon installingThe emergency cables were not hooked up during installation of the diffThe reason we know, when we remove the rear diff from our salvage units we check and cut off the emergency cables off before shippingThe e-brake cable were still attached the same way it was shipped when they brought it backElliot informed the customer that the rear diff was installed improperly and therefore voids all warranty.We have checked with other wrecking yards and they have the same policy as we do.If you need anymore information, please call Elliot the owner at [redacted] .Thank youSharonDimsdale Auto Parts Ltd

I am rejecting this response because:when I receved diff the oil looked changed. it did not need anytopping up .I also in quired other scrap yards around g p and there is only 3 others they informed me that 90 days if it fails they will refund.the e brake cables were installed and cut off apon return so the part was returned the way I recieved it so I would not have to deal with this  . iwas also wondering if the diff was inspected by a licenced mecheanic parts do fail that is why a person puts trust into a warrienty that is what they are for from my understanding ..
