We have ordered additional parts from Denmark and it will be delivered by 11/17, we will install it at that time

We have conducted another service call on 09/16/2016 and have resolved this customers issue with one of the skylight installations.Bob Long, Owner

I need to reopen this complain because all of work was not completed. There is a hatch open skylight window which has hardware that scratches and bends metal flashing and damages sealant with each use. This was not fixed during the last round of work when the other skylights were fixed.
