Dimecuba Envios

I sent 6 packages to Cuba almost three months ago. No answer from Dime Cuba or Aero Varadero. No communication from either one! A total and complete SCAM!

This company locked my account with no reason , they didn't honor the promotions they were running on tv or text, instead of refunding the money to my original method of payment they credited my account(not what I intended to do which was to recharge a cell phone in cuba), support on the phone sends you to voicemail,chat useless no way to contact a supervisor. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

This is definitely a badly managed business.They make offers to recharge the balance of cell phones in Cuba but twice they have put my recharge to wrong numbers and sadly I have lost the money without right to any refund.Customer service is very bad, you never have the reason no matter what it's about. Definitely is not a reliable business.
