Called business spoke with *** he stated that if a bill is due they have the right to contact a consumer in regards to that billThe price they charge for a service call is a set price and doesn't change

On October 2, I received the returned certified mail which was the envelope and check made out to Dillion Appliance in the amount of $[redacted].  I had spoken with a female person via telephone that refused to give me her name.  She told me that they refused to sign for the payment and that "they were over and done with it because I had file a complaint with the Revdex.com."  That conversation took place late afternoon on September 27. Again no letter was sent.  A check was sent certified mail to [redacted] Road, [redacted], VA [redacted]The tracking number for the certified mail is [redacted] and was sent on 09/13/17
