We replaced her mattress she wasn't happy, she has been offered her a full in store credit, she was offered a refund as per our refund policy 20% restocking fee.We have mattresses from Restonic and Beauty Rest I'm sure in plus mattresses something should fit her needs We have tried to
settle this and all she does is scream and yell at whoever is trying to take care of this
