I reached out to this customer on 02/11/2020 to see where his problem originally initiated from. They made a purchase from my store on the 7th of February for 57.00I was spoke with his wife-as she would not put *** on the phone. She informed me that she reached out to a lawyer, The Revdex.com, and her bank about this issue, because somehow “we stole her card or made a copy of it” She stated that we charged her twice. She said her bank confirmed. I askedThat she bring her receipt to my store the next day at 10am so we could look into this matter. She never showed up but *** did. We looked at his receipt, and our transactions. we also asked *** to show us where we charged him double. He showed my *** his statement and we only found one charge. We explained to him that possibly the charge was PENDING until it cleared by the bank. there was never a second charge

once more to solve this issue. His wife would not put him on the phone and hung up in my face. I will gladly reissue a refund for the unworn and unused clothing that was purchased. They can not prove they were charged twice. This is slandering my company and I have the right to sue! If they were really double charged-as SHE says, then all they have to do is dispute it with their bank. Please ask them to show you were double charged as well.
