Mr. *** apartment was
treated for fleas by an independent pest professional. *** *** is our
preferred vendor for all resident concerns with interior and exterior pest
control. Each time a
resident reports an issue in their apartment we
schedule services. Mr*** apartment was treated on the following
dates; September 1, September 8, September 29, and October 6th, by our
professional.
When we were notified of
Mr*** continued concerns we immediately contacted *** *** and asked that
they send a supervisor to diagnose and inspect the unit. Although
no insects (fleas) were found by our professional when the inspection
was completed on October 2, 2014, we treated the apartment again on
October 6, along with the apartment above Mr*** as they have the only
pet listed in our records for that building. We had no other complaints
from any other residents in the building on record
We hope Mr*** issue
is now resolved. We have closed this work order and he has confirmed he
no longer has any outstanding issues.
