Review: [redacted] at Digital Performance had promised us for a monthly fee, to have open access to their web base program to upload a catalog on Amazon. The upload/update is suppose to happen daily. We first started out by trying out just one or two new items, nothing happened, so we then updated our entire list and now it is about 1 1/2 month from the start of this contract. We started to contact [redacted] via email, and left messages on why isn't our list updated at Amazon. He told us that there must be something wrong with Amazon because his other clients are getting updates. I then contacted Amazon and they showed that there were no updates, and their system has not been down. I contacted [redacted] again w/ this new info, he stopped returning our email and returning our calls. After close to 2 months without any updates, we went over to their new office at 333 City Blvd West 17th FL Orange, CA 92868, the executive office receptionist call [redacted] but he was not taking walk-ins. I waited for [redacted] to finish with his meeting and confronted him in the lobby about our issue. The first thing he said was that our company is too small and is taking too much of his time, and that he is going to drop our company. We then started to explain how we have done everything waited for 2 month, called Amazon, asked for support. He simply said that our company is too small, there are bigger clients and we are taking too much of his time. As if bigger clients are more important, and taking money from someone in exchange for a service does not have to happen when its a smaller client. At one point he asked if we want to "take it out side".Not only will it be hard for you to get access for customer service, if the service you have paid for doesn't work it will be your fault, then when you confront [redacted] face to face he will threaten to beat up.I would rather pay the extra money than to work with them again. Still owes me money after month being promised of giving a refund.Desired Settlement: Want out $90 dollars to be refunded
