Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: At no time has my issue stated concerns with the financial leasing of the machine other than when Mr*** conceded that he would not be able to fulfill his promise of training and presented the offer of buying back the machine, but never fulfilled that offer either Mr***'s continued refusal to address the fact that he falsely stated his knowledge of his product and his inability to provide training as originally stated shows his lack of good ethical and moral character as a professional business ownerHis refusal to work towards a solution in a professional and courteous manner is also a testament to his unacceptable business practices I am grateful to the Revdex.com for providing this forum that will allow other business owners to make informed decisions in any possible business transactions with *** *** and Digicopi Central Texas or any other disreputable business
