Dear Sir or Madam:
I write to acknowledge receipt of a full refund in this matterPlease know I doubt this would have ever come about had it not been for the intervention of your officeHowever, it came at a very high cost as the result of what I'm firmly convinced were retaliatory actions taken by Digiconcepts: tactics that they would be well positioned to engage in
First, consider that prior to my complaint to your office, the Illinois Attorney General, ***, and the US Department of Commerce I rarely received much e-mail spam -only a few items a monthIn the thirty days following my complaints, I received close to eight hundred! It is my belief that Digiconcepts furnished my e-mail address to several of the large spam disseminating firms
Lastly, immediately following my opening of the e-mail from Digiconcepts about the refund, I received a PC alert that the automatic real-time protection feature my top rated anti-malware software had been disabledIn addition, I could not run a manual malware scanThen, my system accepted but could not execute any commandsSo I tried to reboot, only to find my system completely locked during the boot processI was effectively without a functioning computer system
In my opinion the foregoing is easily understoodDigiconcepts attached exploit-based computer code to the e-mail notice of a refundIt carried the ability to completely lock up my machineBut when it executed those commands, my malware protection would have detected it and stopped itSo the code was smart enough and able to disable my malware protection softwareAfter which it could finish the crippling of my system unheeded, and then self-destruct
It took me the better part of two entire afternoons to restore my systemI'm sixty-nine years old and sufficiently disabled, battling four life threatening diseases every dayBetween July 1st, and January 31st, I was rushed to several different hospital emergency rooms; admitted under the Sepsis Protocol and deemed Not Likely to SurviveSomehow I did with hospital and EMT/ambulance expense over $250,in 2014, and in over $150,I'm currently undergoing a twenty-four week pharmaceutical program costing $100,
Given the foregoing, stressful situations like this are extremely difficult to handleI'm sad to say, being cheated out of $would have been a bargain in light of what I've had to endureExpert PC Forensic Technicians could confirm or disprove my allegations about Digiconcepts, but the cost would be prohibitive
