Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure that the gate post is the issue, as the company seems to believeIf it were a damaged wooden post, then why would the problem be intermittent as it is? Right now the gate suddenly started working again in the past week or twoIt does not drag on the ground anymoreThe dragging does not seem to correlate with the weather or anything elseI told the gate company that I would wait and see what happensI would like to leave this case open to see what happensSincerely, [redacted]

Hi ***,
Regarding your proposal below about the hand transmitter causing the intermittent functionality of your gate, I do not believe it has to do with the hand transmitter As I said previously, there have been several problems with the gate just in the past month:
1) The gate wouldn't close at all for 2-days, then it suddenly closed
2) The gate dragged on the ground for about a week, then it didn't,
3)The gate left a gap big enough for one of my sheep to get out for a while, then the gap closed itself
All of these issues were intermittentThe hand transmitter works fineThese problems all happened after you bolstered the gate post with a board
By the way, I can use the hand transmitter from my house and open the gateI do it all the time when people forget the gate codeI take it out of my plugged in Nissan Leaf and point it at the gate and it opens asapThis is about feet distanceThe hand transmitter works fine
Let me know how you want to respond within the required next five days or this will be my Revdex.com final response of dissatisfaction with your gate.
