The company charged for services they didn't perform. The bill have a charge for removing and replacing fan clutch and the fan clutch never was replaced. The company took the truck apart and didn't but it back together like I was told and the charged for RR the glow plugs and they didn't reinstall them.
Billing Adjustment Refund of services the didn't perform also cover the bill for the shop it's currently at to get the vehicle put back together.
Customer picked up truck after hours and sent a nasty message on social media. I replied and tried to call the customer during normal business hours. The customer never answered. I was willing to offer a partial refund on the service but customer never returned phone call. Now that customer has filed a complaint I refuse to give any refund as the customer is bitter, was nasty to my employees and is now leaving negative reviews because his truck needs more repairs than he can afford. He was given a chance and never came in or called back to receive any kind of credit or a chance to make it right.
