My wife is looking for a car and saw one on Autotrader for 29,444 and hit see pricing details and again said 29,444, did not say if qualified. Checked website said 29,444 and press this for additional incentives if qualified which we were not. Emailed will come in for that price and was told we would not qualify because included additional incentives in price. I questioned why when you check for additional incentives the same ones are already included in price, are they offered twice? They are not stated on Autotrader when see pricing details. My wife wanted to go to woman owned and per adverising but not if pricing is not correct, I do not know if this is deceptive advertising but not right to do. I was taught you only have one reputation and once damaged it is very hard to repair, just like the internet today it is never totally gone. I do not dislike any person there but let's be honest.

From what I see the Revdex.com is not able to do any more than Chrysler’s representatives will do, so I won’t waste any more time on thisBut you will never convince me this letter is not deceivingI would like to see if every car on their used car lot has brand new $tiresLike the representative from Diehl said to my face, “This van needs no reconditioning”The salesman never checked anything on the van accept the mileageI sat by window and watchedThey never even looked at the tires which have two years of tread left on themThey only have 10,miles on themThe Chrysler representative even said they send these letters out to get people in Diehl’s, to sell them a new carThe salesman from Diehl said, “There is no way they could give me the price stated, it is impossible”I do not believe it cost $to wash and vacuum a carAll they were interested in was how much I owed on the loanNobody I know or talk to will buy a Chrysler product, especially from DiehlThey outright lie Thank you for your time [redacted] ***
